           To design a Ontology supported Web Crawler. Purpose of Above Web Crawler is to give the Best ordering of Searched URL’s, and to make search more specific by using concept of Ontology ,so that search becomes more faster. The proposed new technique will solve the major problem of finding the relevancy of the pages before the process of crawling, to an optimal level

2. To establish a client server interaction for file access by using socket programming. And to use Raymond’s Algorithm to handle mutual exclusion.

The System was developed for the RTO Registration.

The system had following features

Inventory Management :  It keeps track of all the vehicles, vehicle holder, Licence Holder , insurance centers., and  PUC  centers. ,if you want to update or retrieve  any vehicle or licence information then You can update or retrieve  through this portal.

Forum: In this we have developed the Forum, where it consisted of Chat Room facility for the Clients and RTO Officers .through which ,any one can Ask or solve RTO related queries .
